 Ordering
    •    All orders must be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance, depending on the dish and volume.
    •    A minimum order may apply for certain items (e.g., pans, catering trays, etc.).
    •    Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.
    •    You’ll receive a confirmation message with pickup or delivery details once your order is locked in.

 Payments
    •    We accept Cash App, Apple Pay, and cash (depending on location).
    •    Full payment is required upfront for all orders under $100.
    •    Orders over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due before pickup or delivery.

 Pick-Up & Delivery
    •    Pickup times will be provided once your order is confirmed.
    •    Late pickups over 20 minutes may result in a wait.
    •    Delivery may be available for an extra fee depending on location and schedule.
    •    Please be on time—I want your food to be fresh and hot!

 Cancellations & Refunds
    •    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup/delivery.
    •    Deposits are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled.
    •    No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
    •    If there’s ever a mistake on my end, I’ll make it right guaranteed.

 Food Allergies & Special Requests
    •    Please inform me of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
    •    While I do my best to accommodate, Quaye’s Kitchen is not an allergen-free kitchen.
    •    Custom requests may require additional time.

 Leftovers & Food Safety
    •    Once food is picked up or delivered, it’s your responsibility to store and reheat it properly.
    •    Quaye’s Kitchen is not responsible for food held past 2 hours without proper refrigeration.
